Kindly be informed we do not accept any refunds and returns item from customer. However, buyer may only apply for the refund and/or return of the Item in the following circumstances:
- The Item was defective and/or damaged upon receiving.
- We have delivered an item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, colour, etc) to customer
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
**Customer may need to bare the cost for the shipping fee to return the item back to us.**
In case that customer are facing the above issue, please contact us as soon as possible within 3 working days upon receiving the parcel for us to investigate and take action or else, the item cannot be refunded anymore.
We recommend our customer to take a photo of the item upon receipt.
